Scholarships

Various endowments and scholarships are instituted for promoting students with outstanding curricular and co curricular achievements.

Besides, the institution takes every effort to make available different scholarships of government & nongovernmental organizations for the benefit of the students.

Pupils can apply for the following scholarships during their course of study.

1. K R Bhaskaran Pillai Endowment Scolarship

This scholarship is instituted on the 80th birth day of Sri K R Bhaskaran Pillai. Amount of the Scholarship is Rs.2500/- which will be awarded to selected 20 first year students who come from financially poor families and keeping excellent academic record.
Eligible students will be identified by a school level committee constituted by the principal.

2. Scholarship for Scheduled caste/scheduled tribe /OEC students.

SC/ST/OEC students shall apply online and submit printout at the school office along with income certificate, community certificate, nativity certificate in original and copies of SSLC marklist, Aadhar card & Bank passbook within 15 days of commencement of classes.

3. Central Govt scholarship for OBC students.

Students belonging to Hindu-Thiyya, Hindu-Ezhava, Viswakarma etc and Muslim communities whose parents annual income do not exceed Rs.100000/- are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Students shall apply online and submit printout at the school office along with income certificate, community certificate, nativity certificate in original and copies of SSLC marklist, Aadhar card & Bank passbook within 15 days of commencement of classes.

4. Post metric scholarship

Students belonging to Muslim and Christian communities whose parents annual income do not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Students shall apply online through the scholarship portal of govt. of India and submit printout at the school office along with passport size photograph, income certificate, community certificate, nativity certificate (Self declaration regarding income/community/nativity also admissible) copies of SSLC marklist, Aadhar card & Bank passbook as and when communication in this regard is obtained from the school office.

5. Moulana Azad Scholarship

Girl students belonging to Muslim and Christian communities whose parents’ annual income do not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Students shall apply online through the website http://www.maef.nic.in and submit printout directly to Moulana Azad Education Foundation office along with passport size photograph, income certificate, community certificate, nativity certificate , copies of SSLC marklist, Aadhar and bank passbook as and when communication in this regard is obtained from the school office.

6. Merit Cum means (BPL) Scholarship

20 Scholarships with Rs.5000 each are sanctioned to our school ( First year – 10, Second year – 10). Students who belongs to BPL families are eligible apply for this scholarship. Duly filled up application in the prescribed form along with copies of SSLC marklist, Aadhar card & Bank passbook, BPL ration card may be submitted at school office.

7. District Merit Scholarship

Students who won A+ grade for all subjects in KERALA SSLC exam may only apply for this scholarship. Students shall apply online and submit printout at the school office along with residential certificate in original and copies of SSLC marklist, Aadhar card & Bank passbook within 15 days of commencement of classes.
