A unit of the National Service Scheme is functioning in the school with an enrolled strength of 50 volunteer students every year. The Unit undertakes variety of activities inside and outside the campus which include charitable activities, blood donation, health & hygiene etc.
Students enrolled in NSS are eligible for a grace mark of 2% of the aggregate score for the Higher Secondary Examination. Sri. Venu V K HSST (Political Science) is the incumbent Programme officer of NSS and Sri. Shibu Martin John, HSST (English) , Sri. M.Yousaf, HSST (Arabic), Sri. Mathew J Philip HSST (English) were his predecessors.
